I applied for super visa for both my parents on the same day but they are asking only for my mother's biometrics. Should I wait for my father’s biometrics request or should I contact IRCC?

wait. Each person is considered individually so there can be a delay between requests. If you haven’t heard anything in 2 weeks then contact IRCC. It can take a month for a response so your mother may need to do her biometrics first.
