Super visa

Hi I am on PR and want to sponsor my parents, but i have certain doubts in my mind. My parents want to visit me for less than six months as they have their job commitments back home. Would it effect my application for super visa if it is less than six months.

Secondly do I need to submit my bank statement or my pay stubs, job letter and T4 letter would work as a proof of financial support.

Thanks in advance if any one can clear my doubts regarding that.

NOA is the main one the CIC wants to see to prove that you qualify for a supervisa. CIC will likely select a TRV if you indicate your parents want to stay under 6 months. I would select a visit over 6 months if you want to be considered for a supervisa.
