Super visa time line inquiry

Hi Friends,
I applied for my parents super visa on 14 July and theyh asked for medical on 18 July
they did e medical on 24 july
after that there is no anwer from CIC
can any body tell me how to contact cic? and how long should I wait after medical done?
your suggestion will be really appriciated

my mom had an e-medical as well. it took 10 days for the designated physician to finalize the result. after 10 days they submitted it to the CVAC and the next day.. it's a "decision made" and passport request.

Hi! Congrats bebeboy 2013 on the fast-tracked application for your mom.

As for me, it's been 10 weeks since my mom completed her medical requirements for supervisa application. Her passport is with the embassy already, however, we have not heard of any decision on her application. :-( I emailed the VFS Global Philippines (visa center authorized by the Canada Govt) and they replied it's still under process. I have submitted follow-up request to CIC, and I am awaiting for a favorable (hopefully) reply from them.

thank you C121. i am hoping and praying that you will hear from them real soon and it will be decision made. my mom is here in canada now. she got her 3 days ago
