About a year without no update or response from ircc regarding super visa application

Would contact IRCC to see what is going on and whether you missed any contact emails. If there isn’t a reason for the delay speak to your MP about the long delay in response when it comes to your supervisa application

I did contact the Prime Minister office they stated they forwarded my complaint to member of Parliament Sean Fraser who doesn't reply to email and also my MP who stated ircc told her office back ground pass and they're still doing eligibility

Also my mom did have a super visa that she only used once foe two weeks that's now expired
