Super Visa questions

I applied for my mothers Super Visa in 2022 with the understanding that it will be valid for 10 years and with each entry of maximum 5 years. The visa stamped in her passport has a validity of October 2023. I expected that her stay would be 5 years long but now that i checked IRCC site, it seems that it was for only two years. What would be the next step now? someone suggested visitor record. I read up on that and it seems it can only be applied for visitor visa extensions. Is Super Visa a visit visa? Someone knowledgeable, kindly advise. Thank you

A supervisa is a visitor visa for parents/grandparents to stay longer. Prior to June 2023, you were allowed to stay up to 2 years. A visitor visa extension is a visitor record (same thing). So she needs to extend with most likely a medical and show insurance.

So she entered in 2022 and was told to leave 2 years ago?
