I am applying for super visa for my parents.
For proof of relationship, I don't have a valid birth certificate. I have one but it's not official and it does not have my name on it. It only says 'A baby boy' was born on date X to parents A and B.
My Indian passport has my parents name on it, but it's not a valid passport anymore because I am a Canadian citizen now and I have recently surrendered my Indian passport. Can I still use it?
I also have a Indian PAN card (income tax card), which I believe is valid forever, but it only has my father's name on it.

What are my options?
Thanks!

Include both your old Indian passport, PAN card and proof of your parents’ marriage.
