Hello Everyone-I have 2 questions regarding supervisa process:

1.How does LICO criteria works in case of incorporated income? For e.g. if someone has incorporated income of 45K$ and a personal income of 25K$ (on which, tax is deducted) then does LICO criteria will acknowledge his income as 45K $ annual or 25K$ annual. Pls. do share based upon your knowledge and experience.
2. If someone is inviting her mother on super-visa and she herself is a home maker. Then, is it possible that her brother and husband sign out the letter of invitation together and confirm to be the sponsor for her during her trip. Can anyone just co-sponsor the supervisa invite or does it require only blood relation or specific relationship only.

1. Personal income only.
2. The only person who can co-sign the application is your spouse (if you have one).

Thankyou for your prompt response. Considering the fact that personal income will be considered for LICO, what should be the best line of action for an Incorporated person in that case...can the bank statements of both accounts be presented as a case to qualify fast for LICO. Pls. advise.

No - bank statements won't be accepted. You need to show personal income to meet LICO. So you will need to wait until your personal income is higher before applying - or have your parent apply for a regular visitor visa instead.

Ok. Thanks for your response. Actually I applied for her visit visa and it got rejected due to my mothers strong ties in Canada. Her parents and 2 children both are here and at that time she didnt have property in her name. Now, recently, there is some documentation work going on back home and once she has the property in her name, i am again thinking of applying for visit visa for her. What will be your advise? Thankyou so much for your guidance...really appreciate it!
