Did anyone apply paper based SuperVisa from Dhaka recently? I applied for my Mother in Law on March 18 and haven't received the medical request yet. Seems like people applied online got theirs in a week. Little bit worried.

On online super visa application I put wrong email address. Angry
As CIC will contact for medical and passport request through email I am really worried. Anyone please let me know how can I notify CIC to change the email address? For medical and passport request do they also add new messages to online account?

After apply online for bio-metrics do VFS keep the passport?

I needed to create new login information in order to have access in MyCIC. I applied online from Canada.

I already received my Mum's medical request so my timeline as follows,

Applied- 19th March 2015
Bio-Metric- Requested right away
Medical Request- 22nd March 2015 ( Saturday and Sunday off so literally received this request within couple of days)

Let's hope to get it soon.

You should constantly check you MyCIC account for medical request. They will upload a form along with a letter notifying that you have 30 days to completed the medical from the issuance date of letter. They also mentioned that the process to approve the application will be faster if medical done quickly.

They don’t give you email medical request but because your MYCIC account has linked to your email address so every time they upload something on Mycic will be notified to that wrong email address.

I heard that only passport request can be sent to your email address. So you better try to fix it and notify Singapore embassy raising this issue.

I applied on 20th March Online and received medical request on 22nd of March , she did her medical on 23rd or March and as of yesterday my mum’s MyCIC account shows that Medical Review “Passed” . I am just wondering when she may get request for passport.

Online application is definitely faster than paper one because of the back and forth parcel time.
