Hi- We are applying SuperVisa for my parents in next 2 weeks. Are we supposed to use new version of IRCC Portal for SuperVisa?
I am asking because in the requirement, it states
4) You have never applied for anything with us before.
Parents already had visitor visa that was applied 5 years ago through GCKey. Can we still use the new version of the Portal for SuperVisa?

I used the new version, though my parents have an existing, valid super visa. You can put UCI in the field, UCI (unique client identifier), if known. Once the application was submitted, the existing biometrics records were pulled automatically, though I have now got a new one for them.
