Question about income calculation for LICO. I am planning to apply Supervisa for my dad in two weeks. I haven’t filled taxes for 2025 yet.
Family size- 4 (Husband, son, myself and my father whom I’m applying supervisa for)

In year 2022 , Came to Canada in oct i worked for from nov 15 to dec 31 at salary of (100,000 cad yearly)

In year 2023 i worked for 1 month same job. Then started new job from june 5 at salary of (98000 cad yearly)

In year 2024 i went on mat leave (received ei) from feb 10 2024 till jan 30 2025

In year 2025 worked completely from feb 1st salary (100k)

No taxes filled for 2025

My husband had worked at salary of 120 k in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 up until may

he is not working now and I’m working at 100k.

Now questions
1. am i eligible to apply for super visa individually? I have sufficient bank balance (18k)

2. Do i need to add my husband as co sponsor? ( he is not working now even though his past income is consistent)

3. Do i need to apply tax for 2025 before i applyy for visa or am i good with 2022 2023 2024.

4. If i take my husband as co sponsor (as his past years income are consistent, even though he is not working now) do i need to show his bank statement too( his bank balance is not that great but i have 18k)

1. It is based on LICO so submit with 2025 NOA once you have filed taxes.
2. Don't need his support if you meet LICO on one salary.
3. It is based on 2025 only. Past years are only for PGP not supervisa
4. If included he shows his 2025 NOA.
