Super visa length of stay

Sorry i bother you
I want to apply super visa for my parent
I bought medical insurance coverage
I fill up the forms
But i didnt write my invitation letter yet,i have some question ,
how long should i write for the period of their stay in canada in your invitation letter? if i write 8 month in invitation letter if they granted visa to my parent , they couldnt stay more than 8 month ?

and what should i write for purpose of travel ?

Since the Supervisa authorizes your parent(s) to stay for up to 2 years, after your parent's 8th month, they can leave or continue to stay up til 2 years. Assuming you do not apply for a single entry Supervisa.

Purpose of travel...well...to be with/care for their children/grand children.

Becouse i didnt see any thing about that to choose it in forms ,
