I am planning to apply for super visa for my parents in Bangladesh. They have already visited Canada once in October 2009 to attend my convocation. While I am looking at their super visa forms, it came to my attention that they need to provide the DOB of my grandparents which they are not sure about. My grandparents are deceased now. They were born about 90 years ago and we do not have any record of their certificates or such information. My parents are not even sure whether they had submitted any family background declaration form back in September 2009. What should I suggest them to do this time? Is there any way to get that information from CIC (given that those informations were submitted in our previous applications submitted in 2009?)
