Super visa got reject because of delay in medical

there today i saw that my mother's application got updated to Medical pass. So my question is although file got rejected on 20th july due to unable to provide medical on time by doctor and now after doctor submitted medical, status got updated to medical pass on 26th july but result still shows refusal from date 20tb july. Are they going to open the file again as i have already submitted webform or do i have to re apply.
Please help.

We appied on 10 march, on 23rd march got requedt for medical then on 23 april got request for additional medical which we did on 4 may as we did not get any appointment before that. Then doctor said report will take about 2 month and doctor called us back on 20th for one last xray. Same day on 20 july refusal came with letter of unable to submit medical. Then i called back doctor and he submitted medical on 21 july ( after refusal). on 26th july file got updated medical pass but result still says refusal ( 20th july). Do you think they will open the file again.

I would reapply considering medical is valid for 12 months but pls make sure to explain refusal reason in LOE.
