Hi All,

My spouse's parents are trying to apply for Super Visa.

I am not sure if I could give an invitation letter for super visa for my spouse's parents to come to Canada or is it only that my spouse has to invite? Is it only the parents of children living in Canada could invite? Is it how everyone does.

Waiting for your reply eagerly.

Thank you so much in advance.

Letter of invitation will only be valid from the child or grand child,
Here's requirement from CIC
a letter of invitation from your child or grandchild that includes
plans for care and
information on the number of people living in his or her household in Canada

Hope this helps

Hello,

Thank you so much for your response. I too read these.

So, my spouse only has to invite them, right? But she is not employed in Canada yet. In this situation, can we both jointly invite them, or there is no possibility at all for that??

I just do not want to miss/overlook a chance or procedure to have my spouse's parents here for quite some time.

Thanks again in advance.
