Super Visa for both Father and Mother

Hi All,
Probably, somebody has asked this before but I couldn't find the thread. So starinting a neew one.

I want to apply for Super Visa for my parent. My question are as below:

• Do my parents have to apply independently or my mother can come as a dependent to my father with one application?
• If my mother can come as an dependent then do my father has to show the marriage certificate or is there any substitute for marriage certificate (they do not have one because it was 40 years ago and may not be able to get one. Need to find out the requirements)
