Super Visa Entry at Port

I have two questions regarding my mother who is arriving from India as a super visa holder to Canada for first time.

1. Does she need to carry the proof of Insurance that may be checked at airport by while entering?
2. Does she need to have a return ticket with her or one-way ticket is enough as we do not know for how much time she will be staying?
