Super Visa applied from India using GC key portal

Hello

I have applied for my parent's super visa and still waiting for a decision.

Application submitted Oct 29 (No upfront medicals done)
Biometrics completed Nov 30

Dec 23 - application updated with the below details
Eligibility - We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirement
Medicals - We are reviewing the results of your medical exam

Jan 15 - completed the medical exam without getting the request and uploaded via webform.
Only generic response from Delhi immigration every time I raise a web form.

Is it advisable to reapply on the new IRCC portal? Please guide!
