Super Visa - anyone applied as yet?

Hi All,
I am preparing supervisa application for my parents, I will be Family representative for my parents.
I am filling IMM5713 form, Do I need to create MyCIC (father) account to submit the application for my parents or I can use MyCIC (Mine-representative) account to submit the application for parents?
as it says
" this form is for a family member who wish to apply online together in one mycic submission. to do so, all members must complete this form ( one per family) to appoint the family member whose mycic account will be used to submit the application."

Hi guys, just to update

My dad’s supervisa which I applied on 28th September paper based from chennai is now approved as the status online changed to approved. Also got email stating passport is couriered to my address today.

No updates so far seems.like they kinda forgot about the file after medical ..aug 12 it will be 4 months ,MY PARENTS missed their grandson birth ...Cic been very poor in the process so far.
Now.i feel like parents never Gonna get visa.
How about you how's the process goings so far?

every time i call after automated machine answers it says we cannot transfer you
i triied around 10 times same thingh

I didn't submit employer's letter nor bank statements, my mom is unemployed 64y/o, no recent travel history, I asked for 6 months
I submitted/uploaded the following:
1. invitation letter/signed promise that my husband and I will be responsible for my mom's expenses/my citizenship cert, husband's birth cert, our daughter's birth cert
2. 1 yr medical insurance
3. my noa and my husband's noa
4. my birth cert and my mom's birth cert
5. mom's passport and pictures

timeline:
submitted online: July 10th
medical req: July 24th
they requested additional medical: July 31st, we failed to get it because of wrong email add
emailed general enquiries ManilaVO in October
got response, did additional medical test
PPR: Nov 16th

@pie_vancouver You asked for 6 months super-visa? I am sorry I am really confused.
I thought submitting employment letter is a part of the application for super-visa.

The duration of her stay - 6 months, but what I read here the I/O at the airport could give her up to 2 years of stay

if you don't have noa, you can submit employment letter with salary for the income requirement

I have NOA for all the years I am in Canada (2011-2016), that should be fine. But my T4 last year had less amount (2K short of what I should have to support my mother's supervisa), compared to this year's salary (annual salary: $36,000/year). I got an employment letter though stating that I am earning 6k more than the LICO to support my mother, so should that be enough?
Please advise.
