Hi,

Just a quick question, do we need to show time of stay more than 6 months or just mentioning about 6 months is
good?

Hello guys, do we need to mention stay period as more than 6 months? appreciate a response
Hi! It depends upon your situation as on super visa you can stay for 5 years at least. As I applied for my mother in law and I showed that she will stay in Canada for 3 years and you can always mention in letter of explanation and invitation letter that what they are going to do in Canada during their visit as I mentioned our birthdays and anniversaries and places we will be going to visit.

Rimi Insurance. Their website is rimiconsulting.com. Telephone: 1-844-255-4372. I used them and they have good price and willing to change insurance date without issue.

Hi there, my mom received Supervisa recently. We have insurance for 1 year but she wants to stay longer. Do I need insurance for more than 1 yr when she lands in Canada to show border officer or is 1 yr enough and she can extend? Also if she wants to extend her Supervisa can she do so from within Canada or does she have to return to home country? Can she also do biometrics in Canada if it expires?

No need to inform them. I also changed insurance dates many times before a decision was made and I didn’t inform them of each insurance change date. Just ensure when your parents arrive in Canada that they have the current and correct insurance dates to show the border security.

Hi everyone, facing a very peculiar problem when filling super visa application for my parents. It is not allowing me to proceed beyond the page for activities, education and work experience. I have filled their post secondary education for 40 years ago and last 10 years work experience. I am not getting any error but not proceeding either. Did anyone face this, and if yes, what's the possible solution(s)? Thanks in advance!

Hello, does anyone know if parents with Supervisa has to land for the first time within the medical validity? My mom did her medical back in August 2022 and it is valid for 1 year, so expiring in August, 2023. Now does she need to land before medical expires?
