Hi,
we were speculating lot on this topic for a while & finally thought of getting suggestions from the forum members
one of my friend is planning to apply for PR under CEC category - NOC A (2171), he has the following IELTS scores
R-5.5
L-5.5
W-6
S-7
based on the above scores he has 6,6,7,8 - This score is not eligible for NOC-A. However, he doesn't want to wait so he is contemplating to mail his application by next week as everything is ready now and planning to give one more attempt for IELTS and send the scores again in Jan or Feb along with an explanation letter saying that he wasn't aware that the scores were ineligible
first of all, would that 2nd score be accepted by any chance?
is there a chance that his application may be returned before AOR? (Do they scrutinize scores at this stage?)
Assuming he got his AOR, Will his application be refused by VO in later stage after examining his score?
can he get away with this?
Your inputs/feedback would be greatly appreciated!!
