Suggestions for red seal or work permit

Hi sir,
I have experienced of millwright in Kuwait, my company had gave promotion millwright with operation technician, but my experience certificate wrote only operation technician, my company not accept ed write the millwright ,I try to red seal exam ,but they are says to me need millwright related experience need, I need write examination or try for canada work permit ,what I will do, I am very stressed, this situation which one way trying best

You are not eligible for a work permit unless you have a job offer and a positive LMIA (employer can’t find a Canadian to do the job). Then you apply for closed work permit. Red seal certification will not get you a work permit without having a job offer.
