Suggestions for people going to Ontario

Hi Senior members,

Recently i have been hearing a lot about how the rules are changing and it is probably affecting people who have plans to be in canada for a longer term specially for people eyeing PR.
I feel that every 2nd person here is going to Ontario so what do you think will be the scenario in Ontario after 2 years?
Will it be easy to get a PR and settle there or it is better to choose a college / university outside Ontario?
