Submitting my Application after Receiving ITA but PNP Nomination will expire soon.

Hello Fellows,

I need a help on something. I received an ITA on 24th January. I have a PNP from Ontario but my nomination will expire on the 11th April. My medical will also expire on the 23rd of May.

I plan to submit my application by the 10th of March. My question is what will happen if the PNP nomination or my medical expires while my application is still under processing? I am a bit worried here.

Please advice if I can do something about it.
