After you receive your AOR if you have to sent medicals, do you get that from the doctor and send it with the bars codes you receive back to Buffalo (the processing office)?
Or does the doctor have to send this to ottawa? It seems like the dr. is always responsible to send the medicals directly to ottawa, however on the request for additional documents it states"
"Please submit all documents in our office in one package. Subitting documents seperatley may delay the processing of your application. Be sure to indicate your file number on all dcouments you submit to our office."
Also, if you are including a child that is non-accompanying you, you don't have to pay a seperate fee of $150 (Family member who is under 22 years of age and single x $150). I'm assuming note, because it did not indicate this....but just looking for any sort of clarification.
All feedback is appreciated, thanks in advance.
