So here is my situation:
I was requested to submit an additional Japanese Police Certificate and was given 60 days to do so. Japan is one of the countries you need the official request from CIC in order to get a police certificate so I could not have possible applied in advance.
The deadline is September 26, 2017. The problem is that I still dont have the requested certificate!
The date of the CIC request is July 28, 2017. The date of application for the PCC is August 1, 2017. I have the receipt by the way. The embassy told me its going to take 45 days which is obviously not true. I believe my case is solid and its something I could not possibly control.
The only question is How should I proceed and not screw this up? I have a spot to upload the certificate on the "VIew submitted application" page but I guess thats for the certificate and not the LoE. In this case where do I upload the LoE?
