Hi everyone.
I received a fingerprint request a month ago and went to a local fingerprint office, and submitted my fingerprints 3 weeks ago.
I just checked my application status on IRCC and it says they are still waiting for my fingerprint.
Is this normal?!
I'm worried since I was told to submit the fingerprint in a month which is about to be due.
I'm trying to reach the fingerprint office but no one's picking up the phone.
Is there anybody else had a similar experience?
