Submitted EE on 4th august 2015 my score is 425, no progress

i submitted my EE application on 4th August 2015. Also i linked my job profile on the same day. My score is 425. But there is no further progress or update. do I still get the chance.

some candidates have their profile even as early as january 2015. is there anyway you still can increase your score, like by re-taking IELTS? or is it maxed out already?

There is zero chance you're going to be selected under Express Entry / Federal Skilled Worker this year. As the other poster suggested, you need to work to increase your score.

Apply for pnp program and then wait, that will be best to utilize the time , otherwise nobody knows when this wait will be going to end.
