Submitted documents, Credit card not charged yet?

Hello All,

I've submitted my application along with all needed documents end of June. However, I haven't received any confirmation from immigration services, and my credit card wasnt charged as of today.
Is this normal? why is it taking so long to process my application?

Also, is there a phone number that I can call to inquire about the status of my application?

It's take up to 6 month.
for me they charged from my credit card after 4 month it's depend.
so wait don't worry
