SUBMITING ALL DOCUMENTS WITHOUT SOME (UNABLE TO GET PCC OR IELTS)

Dear all i need a help of advice from members that by the due date to submit all the documents, i have not yet received the indian pcc and the ielts have to write again, all the other i have notarized etc,
so can i submit them the docs with a explanation letter and later can send the docs(pcc and ielts) as soon i receive them, there wont be a problem in that?
do they accept these normally - when we write an explanation letter to them explaning the situation?
members please help.........

refer the new OP6 manual ( Aug 2010), it has some guidelines for pre 26/6 june applicants

as in the guide they have strictly advised that you have to send your original IELTS result with the aplication. they wont accept the file without IELTS report but what i suggest write an explanation letter and send everything else before your end date.

He said "by the due date" so I am guessing this is in response to 120-day letter under pre-June-26 rules, as opposed to a new application post-June-26.

If this is a new application then sure it will 100% be rejected if it does not include original language test results. But if it is in response to 120 day letter I think he is asking if he can send most of the documents by the 120-day deadline and then ask for an extension to get his language test and PCC, which may be possible.

Please read the OP6 manual. If I remember correctly it has the answer for you.
