Submit PR card renewal application and return back home

Do I need to send self addressed prepaid xpress post with my PR renewal application?
I am now sending my PR renewal application and wondering if I need to include Xpress post along with.

That means if I submit my application on March 3,2021, that will be my interaction with cic, and that point of time will open for next five years .

every time you cross the border back to Canada, that would be when CBSA will look back 5 years (on the day you are entering) to see if you spend at least 730 days in Canada. If not, you don't meet RO when you enter. There is NO resetting.
