I received the email asking me to mail my passport. However I m now studying in UK and don't keep my Canada address . In email they said I can email an Ottawa email address if I don't live in Canada . but I just received the reply saying they are not responsible for this issue . what should I do now ? anyone know how to submit docs oversea?
