Hi folks,
I am in a pretty unique situation here.
I came to canada on a study permit. I applied for PGWP around a month before my permit expired.
I had an express entry profile created under FSW during my study period. After a couple weeks of my PGWP application submission i received an ITA.
But unfortunately my PGWP appln got refused stating my college is not eligible as it was a private institution.
I immediately applied for a visitor visa and am currently under implied status for visitor.
So, my query is, is it advisable to submit my PR application during this implied status period as I have timeline for submission or wait for the visitor visa decision to come through and risk having very little time to submit my PR application?
