Submission Status "PENDING" in IRCC Portal

I also submitted my family visa application and I got an error for payment, and then it said the application status was PENDING. How long did it take for your application to be moved to submitted / receive biometrics request letter?

Is this sorted? How long it took?

I submitted by Visitor Visa Applicant in IRCC Portal, today on 7th November 2023 but instead of being transferred to the "Submitted Applications" section, it showing "PENDING" under the "Haven't Submitted" section.

Has anyone ever experienced this?

I have submitted a visa application, completed everything and reach the payment page.
After I paid, there is an error message, can't click anything except to exit application.
The transaction amount was showed on my credit card, but the status is pending.
What do I do?
