HI All,

One of my relative has applied for a TRV by online process. He didnt get any confirmation email but just got the confirmation page on their website when he paid his application fee. Now his status on CIC account is submission process ? What will be expected issue?

Can anybody advise

Is there any Internet browser version issue as he did not recieve any confirmation email after online successful payment submission.
