I am a second-year PhD student at a Canadian university and my presence at the University is not mandatory (writing my thesis). I would like to apply for another graduate program at another University, while I am continuing current PhD education. However, I don't know whether I am allowed to simultaneously register and take part in two graduate programs at different universities. Here, your answers are highly welcomed
