Studying Part-Time with Study Permit?

Is a study permit holder allowed to study part-time in Canada? It seems to be the case according to IRCC's information (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio.../prepare-arrival/study-permit-conditions.html), but I would like to check with you all. Other than being ineligible for PGWP, is there any disadvantage of studying part-time in terms of issues related to the permit?

You can't work off-campus unless you're a full-time student.
