Studying in Canada with young kids

I am applying online for student visa and my three young kids will be accompanying me,though we all have multiple visitor entry visa,and somewhere in the form requires me to pay for application fee of CAD150, now my question is am I suppose to pay CAD150 for each of them as indicated on the application,or mine covers theirs? since they are minor, they do not require study permit to study in Canada.

I don't think the kids need a separate visa /fee but if your spouse is planning to work then you should add a work permit and pay the fee for him/ her

I think you have to pay for them. I remember when I first enter Canada as work permit with my husband and 3 year old son then, I have to pay each for the visa. I applied for open work permit for hubby and like a resident visa for my son.
