And why are you 100% certain about that? How is Rejection for sure??. His question was proof of relationship as a sponsor...if i read his previous post, he is waiting for final decision for his PR through PNP, that makes him with temporary status and not a Citizen. Question would be if the relationship was common law, was the fiancee included in his pnp application and eventually express entry after nomination? It would be different situation once becoming permanent resident. Back to your question, you can write letter endorsing study permit application as a sponsor and provide proof of what you are going to sponsor, like bank statements/ proof of accomodation etc.
