My brother wants come in Canada but he only completed 10th in 2002 and now doing his own business.
Is it any way so he can come to Canada on study permit.

Well I think there is no direct way. Still if he applied in singapore for deploma then after having pathway to canada it can be possible
Direct Canada i think is not possible
