Study Visa rejection - previous academic performance
This was one of the reason for my Jan study permit rejection.

can you guys please help me find out how to write an Letter of Explanation for this?

My profile is :
10th and then diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology - 6.7 CGPA
L-6.5 R-5.5 W-5.5 S-6.0 overall 6.0
I was taking Biotechnology - Advanced in Seneca College.

I cannot go and change my grades,so what should I be writing about?

one thing, I can tell you is your IELTS is an issue. You need minimum 6 in each band. Rest, you can only know from the gcms notes.
