Study Visa Rejected-Please help

Hi Everyone,
I am from INDIA, I dropped my application(General category) on March 14th,2013 and received my refusal on March 27,2013 :'(.
Reasons for Refusal:
1.Financial grounds
2.Your Proposed studies are not reasonable inlight of one or more : Your Qualif, Previous Studies, Employment, Level of establishment, language abilities or your future prospects and plans.

Profile :
10th - 82%
12th 63%
BE-2010(Electronics &Communication Engg)- 70% (no backlogs)

IELTS- 6.0( no less than 5.5)

Got offer from FDU-Vancouver in Master of Administrative Science ( Computers an Forensic Administration )

Work experience 2.5 yrs as HR and Financial analyst for a software company

Documents Submitted along with the application Docs:

1. Education docs from 10th-B.E(ECE)
2. past work Experience letter
3. Current Employer Verification Letter
4. last 5 Payslips
5. 1 year fee payments receipt and Acceptance letter from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Vancouver
6. Loan confirmation letter for 12 lakhs(around $22770 CAD)
7. Balance confirmation letter from Current saving/salary account for past 1.5 yrs
with closing balance 5.1 lakhs (around $9600 CAD)
8. Pre-Medical test Report
9. past 3 years IT returns (Mother and Father) around 11 lakhs

I don't understand the reason for rejection as i have enough money in hand for full tution and living for 1yr and i guess Working in Administrative side of a software company give me eligibility to pursue Masters in Administrative Science.
I am very frustrated by this refusal even after reaching all the requirements to study in Canada
i am thinking of applying again by April 1st. will that be a good idea?

Seniors, Please help me how can i convince VO in this aspect.

From where are you boss -------- U applied from Chandigarh

I also got the refusal, the reason being that "Course of study and work experience not in line with the previous studeis"

Not sure why i am having 3 years of work exp. in IT company.

I aplplied from vfs_HYD, No i didnt go for GIC as taking loan is an alternate.

Yes i also took the loan as this was the alternative but i am also applying next week with a letter and an formal letter from my university in my support but i am opting for GIC this time

I dont think taking loan is an alternative for GIC. GIC is mandatory for all international students.

I may be wrong as I am not a student in Canada. But I think GIC is a pre-requisite for admissions.

1. Did you apply through Same University?
2. What Kind of Supporting letter from University?
3. Is GIC compel for Study Visa, Hope not under General?

As per the University or General checklist taking loan from one of the mentioned banks is an alternate for GIC.

Do you want me to go for GIC?
Is that the only reason for my refusal?

i am applying under university, so university checklist will be provided.

1. BCA+MCA working in MNC for 3 years, in total around 4 years of experience.

2. GIC accnt + 10 K loan + 3+ lacks fund + LIC policies of parents and myself + 6 lakh FD

3. Letter from university apart from admission letter for the steps, i have to go thorough for the research topics which i proposed to univerisity ( as i am going for a research with the support from Prof.)

4. A Statement of Purpose to Visa officer explaining home ties and benifits of this degree after this in my job.

did u pay 1st year tution fee?... the reasons for refusal are not fair.. reapply i hope you get it next time..

Yeah I did paid 1 year tution fee.. even i submitted copy of receipt in my file.
