Hello,
I submitted my application on May 17th, did my Biometrics 26th and got refused May 29th based on the two reasons below;
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
1. I got admitted for a two (2) year program, I'm married but going alone.
2. I have a sponsor who has dropped all necessary requirements with account balance of CAD 180,000 in which NGN 20,000,000 (CAD 60,000) has been dedicated for me.
3. I also included my Investment Certificate of NGN 5,000,000 (CAD 15,000) but in my wife's name which i already explained in my LoE as our joint contribution towards studying abroad.
4. I also have another NGN 4,000,000 about (CAD 12,000) in another attached statement as my first year tuition which is yet to be approved by the CBN as there's forex issue (I have also explained this and declared evidence would be provided after approval). I have initially paid the non refundable payment earlier in the year.
5. I have evidence of my marriage and kids attached.
I still don't know why i was refused especially with the statement "family ties in Canada and in your country of residence".
I will gladly welcome your help.
Many thanks.
