I didn't get any names of specialized SOP writers from this forum. I discovered some organizations and freelancer that provides such service. Following is their names:
1) Anjit writer (a freelancer)
2) ContentHolic
3) Write Right

Search them on Google, you will get their official website.

Note: I didn't take SOP service from any of the above-mentioned specialized. I took a quote from them and they sent me some samples of SOP.

Mine was the Cyber Security, I got the refusal for. Now I am re-applying for the project management. I am just finding the major learning outcomes of both courses. And the SOP specialist will state the reason why I am intrigued by PM now.

Following is the raw content that I am preparing to impart to the SOP specialist.

“The cybersecurity program is a significant add-on to my programming skills such as the latest techniques are being taught to prevent web applications from cyber attacks. It sharpens my specialization to my current designation. Ultimately, this feature will bring me decent growth to my current designation. Whereas in Project Management, I will learn to manage five major phases to deliver a product – Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing. I will get knowledge to manage projects using Agile methodology. This course will help me to transition either from a Sr. Software Engineer to a Team Lead or directly a Project Manager. Furthermore, Starting a business is one big project, with key milestones along the way, which must be met if a person is going to be successful. Project management teaches these skills and helps to develop the mindset the person needs for overcoming all the challenges that he/she will undoubtedly face along the way. "

Yes, if you have a strong reason and persuade the VO in the SOP then no matter what course/program you opt after refusal. On the safer side, it is not recommended to change the program/course.

Did you get your visa? I guess you didnt change the program? I recently got refusal for business analytics program and thinking of changing it as i have done b pharm and mba and carry 6 yrs of experience as Analyst. thinking of taking a 2 year BA or project management program in university
