1.My brother's wife is on a student visa and my brother is on an open spouse work permit
1. Her student visa expires in Dec of this year when her studies are completed - I am aware she will have 180 days to apply for post-grad work permit and until she receives it she can't work - What will happen to my brother's work permit status - will he also not be able to work until his wife receives her post-grad work permit?
2. If she extends her studies her student visa will be extended - in this case my brother's open work spouse visa will also be extended. ?
3. In order for my brother's permit to be extended does his wife require to be working in a certain job category once she applies for her post-grad work permit?
