What is the Average time for visa processing under spp category ?
I applied at vfs delhi

i applied on june 8 in hyderabad vfs and forwarded to bangalore on june 9.....spp category with medicals done already... visa approve on 29 june

I have a question regarding student visa for canada .I had already applied for spouse visa I. E my spouse is a PR in canada he had sponsored me but now my spouse has withdrawn my application and now I m planning to go on student visa .Can you guys tell me will there be any problem in student visa as I had already applied for spouse visa which is now withdrawn.

It is a very tricky situation. You are married and your husband is in Canada. Applying student visa does not show any intention as a student.
It would just look like you want to be with your spouse.

Dual intention is very difficult to justify.
