I wanted to apply student permit for my spouse. The spouse is in India and I am in Canada holding a PR. Is it possible to apply for student permit as they will see that the spouse is in Canada or they will reject the application. We actually wanted to do the coursework here. But the sponsorship thing is too delayed and still in process....
