study visa documents . Help !

i was doing a job when i applied to regina university and i didnt want my manager to know about my plans to leave the country . So , i arranged a training certificate to cover the GAP and sent it to regina university . Now , i have left the job and i have the experience certificate etc .
I am confused that for VISA ,will i have to give the training certificate or i can give my work experience letter ?

is your work or training cert. related to your future study in Canada?

I would send what related to your future study.
but you should send both anyway: training cert. and official letter from your old work to explain your gap.
