Study visa approved for may intake. When should i travel?

Really do appreciate all ur explanation on when to arrive Canada.
I've applied for September intake but intend to leave 5weeks before prog starts cos am going with my 3 kids so I can really settle down b4 start of prog

You should understand the wording given

should not travel to Canada on your student visa more than 3 weeks

They said you should not. They did not say you are not allowed to travel 3 weeks before the start date.

may deny you entry into the country

They said you may deny you. They never said they will refuse entry.

Ultimately many people have gone before 3 weeks and this hard and fast rule has been disproven on this forum. It's up to you, I find it weird that some people have got this letter.
I did not receive such letter but my final decision says approved. Do some people not get this Information Letter? One of my friend got it yesterday and she had actually sent her passport on the same day.

I didn't get the letter, I don't know on what basis the issue these letters.
