Study visa after Post Graduation

Hi.
I have completed my masters in hospital administration in India. I always wanted to pursue my masters in canada. But could not that time. So my query is can I do masters in some business related courses now? I did my Bachelors in computer application. Also I'm married and has a 1.5 yo daughter too. If possible can they also accompany me to Canada?

Yes you can but you will have a difficult time explaining to visa officer why you are switching careers in your visa application letter.
They will have to apply for permits there is no guarantee of their success just because you get a study permit.
