Study Visa After 5 years gap of Graduation

Hi, i am from India i want some help regarding canada study visa. I want to know can i get study visa for post
graduation as i have 5 years gap after my graduation i have done B.Com with 50%. In these 5 years i have
been studying for Govt Bank Competitive exams but was unable to clear any exam so now i want to move
abroad for post graduation.So i want to know can i get canada study visa
